Wow, the 3 day leadership conference/training was really great. Bro. Watson is great! He's a great teacher and taught us a lot. He told us that his "proselyting area" is planet earth. He is over all proselyting for the entire church. We collect key indicators (numbers) each week and report them to President and then President reports them to him. All the training and practice that we did was centered on the Doctrine of Christ - faith, repentance, baptism, and the Holy Ghost. The pure, simple and powerful principles of the Gospel. As we've applied what we've learned we've already seen miracles. Last night we had our 2nd meeting with one of our new investigators - Nio Fale'ofa. We taught him the Doctrine of Christ and invited him to be baptized. He didn't hesitate to say yes. We set a date for March 12th. He is excited. We've really been blessed the past 3 weeks. Me and E. Neiufi have set 4 baptism dates together this transfer. Those who have dates are: Taylor Langi, Brenda Vanisi, Sione Tongamoa, and Nio. Also something me and E. Neiufi have been doing is ready Ether 12 with those we teach - mainly less actives. There have been miracles with that too! It is amazing how much power there is in the simplicity of teaching the first principle of the gospel. As we've read Ether 12 and have focused on faith in Christ we've seen spiritual growth of those we've taught.
