Yesterday was P-day and I usually don't write on P-days but it went well. We had another Zone activity. We played dodgeball and ate pizza and donuts. Yum! Later that night we had an appointment with an investigator (Ty) who asks very hard questions and is very educated on the Bible. We tried to get Bro. Remington to come with us - because he's an institute teacher, but he had FHE. But about 1/2 before our appointment, while we were tracting, we tracted into a recent RM named Chris, talked to him for a bit and ended up taking him with us to our appointment with Ty - and he was perfect for him! It was a miracle. Christ was amazing at answering Ty's questions and it was a great lesson. Then today was pretty amazing as well. We started the day off with about 5 hrs. of service. It was fun! We helped a potential investigator in the sisters' area move out of her shop in the Black Hawk Plaza. The shop's name is "Soiled Doves Bath House". Kinda weird, but it was a fancy shop. We helped her pack up her merchandise (lotion, soap, perfume, antiques)and she took us to lunch too. It was great. then tonight during our 5 to 7 tracting we had a great experience/miracle. We knocked on this lady's door and she came out and said - "Please tell me you're not going to try and sell me something". I said "oh no we are actually..." then she saw our name tags and recognized why we were there and said "Oh, no!" Then went off on us. She was yelling about how we go around harassing people about religion and how we have a monopoly on religion and all this crap. She was about to slam the door on us when E. Cain asked her another question, then she started yelling again, telling us how we need to study and learn and not just be followers and believe in the Bible like everyone else, because she thinks the Bible is a fairy tale.
