Well this week went well. The work is going good. We have about 7 investigators, and 2 of them have a baptismal date (Steve and Denise). This week went by fast, and it feels like we didn't make a lot of head way with our investigators. But we did take Steve up to Temple Hill in Oakland and went to the Visitors Center. It was a great visit. Out of all the temples in the world, only 10 of them have visitors centers, and Oakland is one of them. We are blessed. I love taking investigators up to the temple to feel the spirit. We watched the Joseph Smith movie, and every time we do, its cool to see Garin Hobson on the big screen! A little piece of G-ville!
It was kinda funny, on the way up to the Visitors Center the members who were driving us got lost. We weren't sure where we were. Next thing I knew we were on a huge bridge, and ended up in Benicia - out of the mission boundary! Oops! That is one of the biggest no-nos of the mission. Not even President can leave the mission! So we accidentally took a little detour into the Santa Rosa mission!
Well, I went to the chiropractor again this morning, and he told me that if I wasn't on my mission, that he would see me 3 times a week to work on me! That kinda scared me, but I am really ok. On a scale from 1 to 10 when it hurts the most it is probably only a 4 or 5. It's just really annoying and won't go away. I was mostly just afraid that something was horribly wrong, but after the x-rays I feel a lot better that I know whats going on, and that I'll be just fine. No worries!
Well, I feel better about Dads surgery, and will be praying for him and the family.
Elder Czerepinski is awesome. He has his little moments of being trunky, but most of the time he says "I still have work to do" and pushes forward. It's weird sending him home, because for some reason it almost feels like I'm going home too. I know I'm not, but its just a weird feeling I can't explain. I'm going to miss him. He is really weird and crazy, but he has been my favorite companion so far. I've learned so much from him.
Well, I love you all so much! Hope you all have a wonderful week!
