Today was a bit crazy, but it was good. It was just a really laid back day. We tried to contact some people this morning, but had no luck. Then we drove clear to Concord to have a "zone banquet" at a restaurant called Cocos. It was fun, but it took like 3 1/2 hours out of our day. It has been a good first transfer and I love our zone. After Cocos we had to run back to San Ramon, to get our suits, then up to Danville to set up for Barry's baptism! It turned out really nice. It was also awesome because I stood in the circle, when we confirmed him and he received the Holy Ghost. (He is leaving for Florida - his home - tomorrow so we confirmed him right after the baptism) It was a new experience for me and I am glad that I had the opportunity. Barry s a miracle. It was neat that I could witness a baptism on my first transfer! We didn't teach him or anything he just showed up and wanted to get baptized! I was really happy for him. He is a great example of faith and is a miracle.
