I had my first Zone Conference today. It was AMAZING! I have been spiritually filled. There was so many good things said today. I saw my MTC buddy E. Kesler at the conference. It was really good to see him! I feel bad for him because he's such a good missionary and wants to work hard, but his trainer is a bit lazy. Instead of working they hang out with other apostate missionaries that don't want to do what they are here to do. It kind of makes me angry. Why waste 2 years of your life and not work hard on your mission?! Like our roommates will go hot tubbing (with girls that have about 5 square inches of clothing on), and sleep in and just not work. I don't get it. We are here to work hard and do the Lord's work. Then it really hit me - I am such a spoiled greenie. I have a beautiful area, a car to drive, a great, obedient trainer, a great apartment (safe neighborhood) and 2 awesome wards. The Lord has truly blessed me. Me and Elder Cain are not perfect but we work. WE really need to keep improving but I'm so grateful for what I have. Well this was my first and last Zone Conference with President and Sister Beck. They are awesome. After Zone Conference we went tracting. Elder Cain tried to set up a prank for me with a member (our dinner appointment for tonight), where he acts interested then just harasses me, but the members wife forgot to tell her husband, so it didn't happen. - Tender mercy!
