Whoa baby, today was tiring! - In a good way. Today was my first day on my mission on bike! We are in a driving area and have a car, but to save on miles (because we only get so much in a month), we decided to bike today. A member in our ward - Bro. Zapettini - is letting me borrow his way nice bike. He's awesome. We biked like 20 miles today, up and down hills. It was fun and I like being on bike (so far), but it is so tiring. I'm going to be sore in the morning! We spent most of the morning getting bike parts. I bought this sweet helmet, but it cost like 40 bucks but it's pretty awesome. We talked with James today - pretty much about everything except the gospel, like peppers, knives and guns, movies, needles, all sorts of random stuff. It was good to visit, but I wanted him to feel the spirit a lot more. We talked a bit about his baptism - and he still wants to go for it, so that's good. I wish we could have had an awesome lesson, but maybe he needed just a good visit today - I don't know. Today I read an awesome page in "Making the Most of Your Mission". I feel like I have a testimony, but not a big witness that I can say that I know - without a doubt. In there it said that it doesn't come easy - you have to work for it and trust in the Lord that He will bless you with what you need in His time. It was really good and exactly what I needed to hear.
