I had my first and last interview with President Beck today. It went well. He told me a lot of things and gave me really good counsel. One of the biggest things I took from what he said is to never give up. Keep on going. If I'm having troubles and struggles to not give up, but to push on. It was good. During E. Cain's interview they talked about our roommates, and President Beck was not happy. He called them immediately and told them to pack their bags and come to the mission home. So right now we don't have roommates! Yup, President is pretty mad. We don't know yet if they are going home, or just being Emergency Transferred, but they are not going to have a nice visit to the mission home. After interviews we ate lunch at a burger place called Nations. It was pretty good. Then we went tracting. E. Cain was whining because he didn't want to, but I said too bad, let's go. We met this cowboy named Ken, and talked to him for like 1 hour! He showed us this hunting decoy thing that has like 30 animal in distress calls on it. He put it on the dying crow setting, turned it on and it worked! Almost 30 crows were flying over his house to see what was going on! It was insane! Then tonight we went on team ups/splits with the ward. Me and Bro. Cox went to Sis. Blounts and taught Martha - a less active. I love teaching there every week. I fly solo a bit and get a good experience in an easy teaching environment.
